The customer is recognized the right to withdraw from the order within 7 business days from receipt of the order. ZUNIC will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- That have not previously been PERSONALIZED at the discretion of the client with no reason added either in glass or any other material added directly to the material of the "virgin" shoe itself.
The cost of the return will be borne by the Client. Once the product is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the order amount will be refunded. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of thirty days after the product arrives at our facilities.
